Stories are important. No matter where we go, we share GOD’S LOVE STORY when we serve others. When we share OUR STORIES, we share with others what God has done.

Read the stories below to witness how God is alive and active here at home and on the other side of the world.

I am thankful for One Community because of their sensitivity to the moving of the Holy Spirit. One Community has always been a great church to me. It was only until I’ve reached the lowest point in my life that I realized how prominent God’s presence was in that place. The worship at One Community has impacted me the most. It’s amazing how I can be in a room filled with hundreds of people but yet feel like it’s just me and God. Every worship song ushered me into that place of HIS overwhelming peace, love, and grace. I am thankful for One Community’s strong leadership, for men and women that can usher the congregation into the holy of holies. One Community is not just a church to me, is now my home

I am so very thankful for One Community Church….You see I am a grateful believer in Christ Jesus who had gotten LOST in the Storm. And One Community Church came to me (with a loaf of bread), came alongside me (in prayer and comfort), directed my focus back to Jesus my Rock, my fortress (with council and sermon). Once again I am found, standing firm, and serving the God of my salvation.

"Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times and in every way. The Lord be with all of you" (2 Thessalonians 3:16).

I love ONE because this church has become a home for me and my family to be taught Truth from God's word that has been liberating. The preaching has further opened my eyes to the power of grace and love and has helped me to a deeper understanding of how truly much it is "not by might nor by power" but by His Spirit and Grace that leads us into a mind blowing love adventure with Jesus. I would also like to thank ONE. For such a great loving and accepting church family to call home. My family has had some "challenging" life events recently, and as relatively new members, this church has and continues to be a great spiritual and love support. I can honestly say that this church has been exactly what we needed during these times.

I am thankful for One Community Church Because: This is the first time I have seen a church really be The Church to its people here. So many churches have an intense focus on “them,” others, outsiders. People from other countries or other places. People who struggle with different sins. Or the place has become too large and glutted on its own reputation to know its people. But at OneCC, I have found a church home that truly cares about and ministers to the people who meet within its walls and the people who are just outside: the people who are hurting and need Jesus right now and right here.
